Board of Directors

The Shady Lane Homeowners Association is an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents of our neighborhood. Our mission is to provide a safe and secure environment for our families, and to foster a sense of community among our residents. We strive to maintain the highest standards of maintenance and safety in our community, and to provide a platform for residents to voice their opinions and concerns.

We are a non-profit organization and are governed by a board of elected community members who have all lived in Shady Lane for a minimum of 5 years. We privately host monthly Board meetings to discuss and solve any issues that may arise, as well as annual community meetings to ensure our Homeowners Association is running smoothly. With 24/7 surveillance, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all our residents.
